Land at Manor Farm Moulton – NCCC Proposals

Moulton Parish Council has only recently become aware of the proposals for land at Manor Farm Moulton. We are working hard to find out more information from NCCC and officers at West Northamptonshire Council. Once we understand more about the proposals, we shall hold a public meeting where all residents can attend and voice their comments and concerns ensuring we are best placed to represent our community. We will distribute an invitation to every household in Moulton and Moulton Leys so everyone is included and has the opportunity to comment. Cllrs Mike Warren and Mike Hallam will be involved throughout the consultation process. At a West Northamptonshire Cabinet Meeting held on 13^th February 2024 it was resolved to grant a 125-year lease to Northamptonshire County Cricket Club (NCCC) for a second site. Below is the link to the relevant agenda item:
